  • 2 hour max response time (critical issues)

  • 24 hour max response time (non-critical issues)

  • 1 hours max response time (Blocker issues)

  • Unlimited support issues for up to 40 hours per month

  • Dedicated portal + telephone support

  • Support hours can be shared with Scoped work

  • Additional 8 hours blocks can be added beyond monthly allocated hours

  • Roll over up to 40 hours from previous month (annual contract only).

  • Coverage: 24/7

  • On Site Support $200 per hr., minimum 8 hrs. plus, T&E; 24 hrs notice requested.

  • 2 month discount on Annual payment
